1. Promotion Period: The MOROCCANOIL Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 P.M. ET on 11/16/09 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 12/16/00 ("Promotion Period").

2. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.MOROCCANOIL.com and complete the entry process. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 12/16/09, to be eligible. Limit one entry per person.

3. Random Drawing: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on or about 12/17/09 by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc (“DJA”), an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final on all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes (5) and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Each Winner will receive a MOROCCANOIL Gift Basket including: MOROCCANOIL Treatment (100ml), MOROCCANOIL Treatment (2) 10ml, Moisture Repair Shampoo (250ml), Moisture Repair Conditioner (250ml), Intense Hydrating Mask (250ml), Hydrating Styling Cream (300ml), Intense Curl Cream (300ml), Glimmer Shine Spray (100ml), Brushes set (3), Bath robe and a MOROCCANOIL Train Case; ARV $375 each. No substitutions allowed, accept by the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute product of equal or greater value, if advertised product becomes unavailable. No refunds, credits, or cash redemption for any unused portion of the prize.

5. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified and receive prizes by mail. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate winner selection. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and likeness by the Sponsor for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

6. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees and their immediate family members of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (collectively “Affiliates”) are not eligible. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

7. General Rules: Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors and Affiliates are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted, and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
